Guillermo Marigliano, an Argentinian musician born in Buenos Aires and based in Los Angeles, California, blends traditional Latin rhythms with innovative jazz ideas, creating captivating music that honors the rich roots of Latin culture while appealing to both traditional fans and new audiences.
Marigliano has been leading his artistic project "Marigliano Quartet" for twenty years with eight albums released.
As a session musician, he has performed and recorded in Argentina, Brazil and US, with renowned jazz and popular artists like Josh Nelson (Natalie Cole, Ivan Lins, Michael Bubble) Rene Camacho (Robben Ford, Linda Ronstadt) , John Leftwich (Dizzie Gillespie, Freddie Hubard) , Deborah Dixon, Pablo Porcelli, Horacio Banegas, Aaron Serfaty (Arturo Sandoval, Sergio Mendes).
Guillermo Marigliano has performed at many festivals and venues around the world such as Buenos Aires International Jazz Festival in Argentina , International Jazz Festival in Armenia (Colombia) Alhambra Perfoming Arts Center in the United States, Malinas International Music Fest in Mechelen (Belgium), to name a few
Guillermo Marigliano is currently touring and working on a new album, which is slated for release in November 2024.
